To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. The information provided must be accurate and up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• A 14-day free trial is offered with no commitment.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen.
• Payments are secured through our certified providers.

5. Liability

eGuardImmo provides a management tool. We are not responsible for decisions made by users based on information displayed on the platform.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Belgium. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
